“Hello, Clarice”

Do you remember hearing Hannibal Lecter say, “Hello Clarice” in “Silence of the Lambs?” Well many think they do but there is nowhere in the movie that he actually he says that.

So why do we all say it? Why do all of us have a vivid memory of Anthony Hopkins creepily saying, “Hello, Clairice”, in a slow drawn out creepy way?

He does say it in the second movie, “Hannibal Rising.” But many of us have not even seen this movie. Was it in a movie trailer that later got deleted? Or is it something more sinister such as the Mandela Effect theory?

The Mandela Effect is a theory that many people believe where we have somehow entered a parallel universe where mostly everything is the same but with some minor differences such as different names or different event timelines. You can read more about it and all the different “false or altered memories” here.

What do you think? Is something odd really happening or is this just a bunch of hype about nothing? Take the poll or answer in the comments below.
